Inside Sales Representative

MG Moving Services is a growing company committed to progress and advancement. We are currently in search of a Sales Representative to join our team in Sterling, VA.

This role includes an extensive 3-month paid training program to equip you for success in either inside or outside sales.

We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. First-year Sales Representatives without experience can anticipate earning between $40,000 to $70,000 in their initial year.

More than 90% of our Sales Representatives experience a 20% to 40% increase in their annual salary in their second year.

Compensation :

$40,000 - $70,000+ DOE

Responsibilities :

• Get hands-on experience with our products and services in the first month of training
• Communicate and educate customers about our processes, building their confidence
• Suggest the best services and products based on cost, availability, and what the customer needs
• Work with the Project Coordination team to make sure everything goes smoothly for the customer
• Develop a personal book of business to generate referrals
• Set clear expectations for customers and maximize the sale of additional services
• Work alone or with your team as needed

Qualifications :

• Highly self-motivated with exceptional time management abilities
• Proficient in listening and communicating effectively with good grammar and articulation
• Skilled at problem analysis and resolution
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Familiarity with successful sales tactics and closing techniques
• Confident in initiating customer interactions and seeking their patronage and referrals
• Collaborative team player with adaptability to diverse personalities and environments
• Capable of adapting to changing priorities in dynamic settings
• Exhibits a professional demeanor with a strong commitment to integrity and ethical standards
• Embraces a positive outlook and embodies MG Moving Services Core Values
• Bilingual preferred, not required
• Prior experience in sales, inside or outside, is preferred but not required
