Looking for a concept where you can learn and grow? You must have high volume, scratch cooking Sous Chef experience in polished and / or fine dining.
Some corporate experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
Sous Chef Rewards :
- A starting salary of $58,000 to $65,000 depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses

Sous Chef Requirements :
- High-volume polished and / or fine-dining experience is required
- You must be a hands-on leader with a solid background in an upscale, scratch kitchen
- Understand corporate systems
- Ability to manage a high-volume kitchen
