Human Resources Specialist

Education level required :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science, or related courses (Master's or SHRM certification is a plus)
6-8 years of HR experience in SMB preferably tech or IT companies
Must haves :
Partnering with key stakeholders to implement HR practices.
Implementation of HR policies and processes in US
Experience in supporting hiring for critical positions
Culture strategy development and management
Employee engagement programs - elevate employee experience, engagement and satisfaction in US site
Performance Management policies and compliance
Proficiency in US labor laws and compliance management

Partner with key stakeholders’ / leaders in US and HR team to
ensure global HR strategy is localized, compliant with the local laws.
Support design, documentation and delivery of HR processes, policies, and procedures with PEO in the US across the entire employee life cycle.
Serve as the main escalation point for any employee related issues and will be involvedin people issue consultations culture strategy and management program roll outs , training and change management effectively.
Actively identify gaps and proposeand implement changesnecessary to cover risks.
Plan and implement online and offline employee engagement programs and events and manage outcomes.
Oversee timely processing of compensation and benefits, including monthly payroll inputs with PTO data, coordination with internal accounts and PEO.
Lead employeerelations, performance management and career development policies, training, and processes.
Recruitment 10%
Manage recruitment of all local positions in the US including identifying top tier candidates, effective negotiation, offer extension, and successful candidate onboarding.
Lead the creation of talent pipelinefor critical positionsthrough headhunting and passive hiring.
Office Management 30%
Executing all administrative responsibilities including but not limited to set up of facilities, facilities management and management of key admin vendors.
Develop and monitor the in-office presence of the team.
