Our Client is a prestigious international Am Law 100 law firm. They seek an experienced Office Administrator for their NYC office.

This is a highly visible position that will interact regularly with senior leadership in the office.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the point of contact for building management and staff to address maintenance needs and services.
  • Oversee office operations and employees for facilities, office services, reception, secretaries, executive assistants and manage on-site vendors.
  • Assist with planning and execution of office events, such as client events and in office meetings / events.
  • Designing and implement initiatives / programs to drive cultural change and engagement across the office.
  • Develop and improve procedures to improve processes and provide staff training.
  • Oversee office moves and workspace set-ups including ergonomic evaluations.
  • Manage secretary workflow coordination and desk assignments.
  • Participate in Office Committee meetings.

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of supervisory / managerial experience in the legal industry or professional services environment.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Professional and friendly, can-do demeanor.
  • Experience with team building and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to mentor, supervise, lead, motivate and train staff.
  • Knowledge of software systems such as Workday, EMS, Maptician.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and other applications.

Salary : Up to 200K, flexibility depending on experience.
