Job Description

The IT Product Analyst will be responsible for designing / deploying solutions to business problems with appropriate technology solutions.

The IT Analyst will work directly collaboratively with IT and Business leaders to balance the customer’s requirements with technical constraints (e.

g., application size, network bandwidth, hardware / software / equipment selections) to ensure that the value of the project is realized.

In addition to strong business sense and focus, the candidate will be able to clearly understand, articulate, and document existing as-is systems & business architecture and define (and implement) strategy for to-be architecture in the Supply Chain organization.

They must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while continually looking for improvements in the business process / system.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop solutions, involving methods, techniques, architectures, and standards previously established. Otherwise, work collaboratively to establish those standards.
  • Ensure line of business priorities and IT capabilities (technology and resources) are aligned.
  • Analyze and document requirements and use appropriate techniques to refine, review and validate requirements.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of how the overall business solution is positioned, deployed and supported.
  • Perform Master Data load and validation in all clients
  • Manage and execute OTS cutover activities across multiple environments, including PROD go-live
  • Coordinate appropriate Unit Testing for existing and new processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot end-user problems / questions during implementation hypercare periods
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline (MIS, IT business / computer science, Supply Chain) or equivalent experience
  • 3+ Years Order to Ship / Sales and Distribution deployment experience in a S4 Hana environment
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
  • Previous Supply Chain experience a plus
  • Experience developing project plans and leading projects
  • Proven analytical / data driven analysis skills
  • Sense of ownership and accountability
