USAC's target compensation range for a new hire into this position is $75,000- $100,000 USD per year. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors based on knowledge, skills, and experience, as evaluated throughout the interview process.

In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus. USAC has a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Commuter Benefits and Wellness Programs.

We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic and collaborative professional to serve as a Project Manager to join our EPI team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Enterprise Projects Enterprise Process Improvement you will :

P erform project management lifecycle activities (including organizing, managing, reviewing and reporting on project status, and working closely with the team to maintain issues and risks related to stakeholders, project scope, resources, and time) for small and medium sized USAC initiatives.

The Project Manager will

  • Manage initiatives defined as small and medium :
  • Performs project planning, resourcing and scheduling.
  • Convenes cross-functional teams and drives project activity to defined milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitors, tracks, and reports on project schedules.
  • Updates project stakeholders through weekly status reports and appropriate meetings.
  • Documents decisions and processes and ensures knowledge transfer to Operations at the close of the project.
  • Gathers and synthesizes data and information required for development and the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensures adherence to internal review processes and technical standards

About You

  • You have Bachelor Degree and / or relevant technical training
  • You have Three (3) to Four (4) years of directly related experience
  • You have a strong understanding of Project management principles and methodologies.
  • You can demonstrate a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • You can demonstrate strong interpersonal, written communication, and persuasive skills, comfortable and effective working with peers.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office, precisely Outlook, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, and you have a strong working knowledge of Projects.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of business management concepts.
  • You have a strong understanding of and commitment to continuous business improvement processes.
  • You have experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SDLC desired.

Certificates

Project Management Professional (PMP) in good standing.
