The Front of House Team Member's responsibility is to continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service.

Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.

• Make Emotional Connections with Guests Applicants will also be expected to be able to meet the following basic requirements : Physical : *Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours without a break.*Must be able to work outside up to 3 hours.Technical : *Must be able to navigate online to access training.
• Must be comfortable with the operations of basic touch screen based computers.*Must be able to read computer screens and monitors to gain information for customer service.

Behavioral : *Must be able to work in a team oriented business with constantly changing business levels.*Must have exceptional customer interaction skills.

• Must be able to work in an extremely busy setting while maintaining a gracious countenance.Customer Service / Cashier / FOH Crew Member / Team Member is generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.
• Full Time must be able to work up to 40 hrs / wk.*Part Time must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs / wk.*Days defined as shifts starting as early as 6 : 00am and ending as late as 4 : 00pm.
• Nights defined as shifts starting as early as 2 : 00pm and ending as late as 11 : 00pm.Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.
