We are supporting a dynamic public accounting firm committed to delivering high-quality financial services to a diverse client base. Our team values accuracy, integrity, and collaboration, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our growing operations.
Position Summary
The Bookkeeper will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records for our clients. This position involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting the firm's CPAs and tax professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update general ledgers and financial records for multiple clients
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with payroll processing and related filings
- Support tax preparation and audits as needed
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm policies
- Communicate with clients regarding financial data and documentation
