Requires an existing / active TS / SCI with CI Polygraph - Must work on site, no remote work
Position is contingent. Start date would be October 1, 2024 or after.
Work Locations : Herndon, VA (Peraton SCIF), Washington, DC (Govt SCIF), Riverdale, MD (Govt SCIF)
Required Qualifications :
- TS / SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly
- Bachelor's degree in an area applicable to the position with 8+ years of relevant experience. Additional 4 years' experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- A minimum 8 years of experience with systems administration
- 5+ years Linux administration w / scripting experience required
- Active Security+ (DoD 8570 Baseline certification for IAT Level 2)
- Experience with implementation of Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and
- Experience performing routine patching
- Experience installing and configuring software applications
- Experience in performance tuning / troubleshooting, identifying / resolving contention in CPU, memory, networking, disk I / O, etc.
- Experience maintaining system documentation including reading and creating network architecture diagrams.
Desired Qualifications :
- Experience with Linux Operating System
- Experience maintaining system documentation including reading and creating network architecture diagrams
- Familiar with Tomcat or higher
- Familiar with Mongo database
- Familiar with Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Cloud environment
