We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Salesforce Coordinator to join our team and support our Salesforce administration needs.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests from the Sales team, and triage accordingly.
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and functionalities.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their Salesforce needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and cleanup activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of Salesforce / Pardot data.
- Provide training and support to users on Salesforce best practices, workflows, and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and updates through Release Readiness webinars and Trailhead modules, and make recommendations for enhancements or optimizations.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of third-party Salesforce integrations and applications.
- Assist with Salesforce Campaign setup, management of Campaign Members and end user Campaign metrics / reporting
- Support and collaborate with the Salesforce team in managing user permissions, profiles, and security settings.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues independently.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Familiarity with Pardot (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
