Job descriptionServe as the main point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide professional, responsive, and solution-oriented support. Maintain strong relationships with customers and sales team members to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Support sales operations by preparing quotes, placing orders, and tracking orders. Assist with light marketing activities updating product listings, coordinating email campaigns, and managing branded materials. Support administrative needs, scheduling, and coordination across departments. Jump in where needed youll be a key problem-solver who helps things run efficiently. 13 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service (startup experience a plus). Strong organization and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with digital tools such as HubSpot , QuickBooks , and Excel / Google Sheets (or a willingness to learn). A self-starter whos proactive, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. Bachelors degree preferred but not required we value capability and attitude above all. Competitive base salary of $40,000-50,000.00 (dependent on experience) Direct mentorship and hands-on training from experienced founders.
