Geospatial Analyst - Jr - Sr.
Utilizes Geographic Information System techniques to provide a better understanding of certain variables in a given geographic location.
Understanding of GIS theory and applications. Extracts data from GIS software and uses varying analysis methods to arrive at results.
Recommends appropriate reactionary strategies in response to GIS analysis. Provides maps and data sets to clients to supplement analysis.
Knowledgeable of GIS software and technology. Provides database development support in creating cartographic and digital data products.
Expertise in performing data conversion migration, and translation activities utilizing advanced processing techniques. Design and implement efficient production tools and coordinate workflow with project personnel.
Provides database development support in creating cartographic and digital data products. Performs finishing of remote sensing data, producing and maintaining cartographic databases, updating cartographic data from intelligence databases and producing mission specific data sets.
