About the Role :

As a Front Office Representative at Lift Forward Direct, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations at our front desk, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Front Office Representative or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
