Responsibilities
- Making 80100 minimum dials per day to call onclients and prospects both warm andcold.
- Identify potential customersfrom amongst a bunch of leads
- Qualify leadsfrom different marketing campaigns as viable salesopportunities
- Contact prospects via emails andcold calls
- Present the company to prospectiveclients
- Identify client requirements andsuggest them with suitableproducts / services
- Come up with customizedproduct solutions that will help boost customersatisfaction
- Establish longterm relationshipswith the clients
- Seek new businessopportunities in the marketproactively
- Coordinate with Account Managersfor client status updates
- Submit reports toBusiness Development Manager on weekly monthly and quarterly salesresults
- Keep updated about latest businesstrends
Requirements
- Proven4 years of experience as a Business Development RepresentativeAccount Executive or similar job role
- Excellentcustomer service skills
- Impressivecommunication skills
- Extensive experience withvarious sales techniques
- Proven record ofachieving sales quotas
- Handson experience withCRM software like Zendesk Sell Intercometc.
- Familiarity with MS Office Excel inparticular
- Sound knowledge of sales performancemetrics
- Excellent negotiationskills
- Ability to deliver convincingpresentations
- Good leadershipskills
