Helpdesk Specialist (Junior)

Position : Helpdesk Specialist (Junior)

Location : Elizabeth City, NC(Onsite Work)

Duration : Fulltime with CompQsoft

Our Customer : United States Coast Guard(USCG)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provides Phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard windows desktop applications, and other applications.
• May Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting network applications, and hardware / software PC and printer problems.
• Account Management : To include creation, removal, and modification of user accounts.

Skills :

• The Candidate must possess the minimum Education / Qualifications :
• Two (2) years of experience to include knowledge of PC operating systems, e.g., DOS, Windows, as well as networking.
• Experience in Remedy Ticketing System
• Candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Candidate must possess strong oral communication and written comprehension capabilities.
