Payroll Systems Analyst
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSHR Talent is partnering with a large Healthcare organization in its search for a Payroll Systems Analyst.
As a Payroll Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing payroll systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
To be successful in this role as the Payroll Systems Analyst, you should have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in payroll administration, preferably experience with payroll systems, and a strong background in using Infor, Lawson, Cognos, or related systems.
The ideal candidate for the Payroll Systems Analyst role will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the functionality of the payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve overall performance
- Utilize Infor, Lawson, Cognos, and other relevant systems to analyze payroll data and generate accurate reports
- Develop and customize reports to meet the specific needs of stakeholders
- Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify and rectify discrepancies
- Interact and effectively communicate with internal IT and support team to troubleshoot functional system issues
- Maintain confidentiality with all information
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll systems administration
- Proven experience with Infor, Lawson, Cognos, or a related payroll system
