cross-border e-commerce manager（跨境购经理）
Job responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement cross-border e-commerce development strategies to achieve sales growth and market share expansion.
2. Responsible for the daily operation and management of cross-border e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to product listing, inventory management, order processing and customer service.
3. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior, and customize marketing strategies and promotions for different markets.
4. Work with supply chain team to ensure that the product stock is sufficient and meets the needs and regulations of the target market.
5. Monitor and analyze sales data, timely adjust sales strategies to maximize revenue.
6. Manage the cross-border e-commerce team, including training, goal setting and performance evaluation.
7. Cooperate with international logistics service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
8. Ensure that the platform operation complies with relevant international trade regulations and company policies.
9. Manage the user experience of cross-border e-commerce platforms, including website design, product description and customer feedback processing.
10. Work closely with external partners and internal departments to optimize cross-border e-commerce business processes and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, e-commerce, international trade or related.
2. At least 3 years of cross-border e-commerce operation experience, successful cases are preferred.
3. Familiar with international trade rules, cross-border e-commerce processes and relevant regulations and policies. In-depth understanding of the operation mode and market dynamics of major cross-border e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, Alibaba International Website, etc.).
4. Have good market analysis ability, can accurately grasp the market trend and consumer demand. Excellent leadership and team management skills, good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively manage cross-departmental cooperation projects.
5. Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese, including listening, speaking, reading and writing; Knowledge of a second foreign language is preferred.
