Summary :
The Help Desk Specialist I provides support to the SEC Facilities Branch by monitoring and responding to Facilities Help Desk emails and phone calls (M–F, 7 : 00am–6 : 00pm, excluding Federal Holidays). This role ensures timely, high-quality service to staff and assists with facilities, space management, and move coordination activities.
