Responsibilities :

• Build strong client relationships and proactively follow up as required.
• Exemplary phone etiquette with a professional and compassionate approach
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Learn to address all policy-related inquiries.
• Thoroughly document all client interactions in our management system
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to daily success
• Maintaining a high level of client retention through client onboarding and annual reviews

Requirements :

• Ability to obtain Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills written, verbal, active listening
• Enthusiastic about phone-based customer support and assistance
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Strong task prioritization skills
• Basic computer sills
• Highly self-motivated

Rewards, Hours and Location :

• Up to $50,000 per year (DOE)
• Health Insurance Stipend
• Hours : Monday through Friday 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm
• Hybrid work model available, subject to discussion and agreement

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : Up to $50,000.00 per year
