JobSummary :

One of our Tech Client is seekinga Lead Software Engineer where you will drive the design anddevelopment of SaaS and hardware based products.

You will leadprojects that embrace serverless cloud technologies API designcontinuous delivery and eventdrivenarchitectures.

Responsibilities

• Leadthe architecture design and development of software solutions using.NET 5 and Azure technologies.
• Manage acrossfunctional team of 24 softwareengineers.
• Drive the continuous improvement ofproduct quality and team productivity.
• Designrobust scalable and secure APIs that integrate with internalsystems and external partners.
• Implement andmaintain continuous delivery pipelines to automate testing anddeployment processes ensuring high availability andreliability.
• Mentor junior engineers andcollaborate with crossfunctional teams to establish best practicesand standards for softwaredevelopment.
• Troubleshoot debug and upgradeexisting software and provide technical support for complexissues.

Requirements

• Minimumof 5 years of experience in software development with experience asa tech / team lead.
• Strong experience in ObjectOriented programming and design.
• Proficient in.NET 5 frameworks and tools with extensive knowledge of C#programming a plus.
• Strong experience withMicrosoft Azure (or equivalent AWS / GCP experience) and its servicesincluding but not limited to Azure Functions Azure SQL Cosmos DBand Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in designingdeveloping and managing RESTful APIservices.
• Proven experience with continuousintegration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) systems andpractices.
• Familiarity with eventdrivenarchitecture and distributed systems.
• Excellentproblemsolving skills with the ability to lead and motivate adevelopment team.
• Strong communication andcollaboration skills capable of working effectively in a dynamicagileenvironment.

• $140K$160K
