Paralegal
PART TIME SENIOR PARALEGAL POSITION IN EMPLOYMENT BASED IMMIGRATION LAW CENTER in Anaheim, CA- The candidate must possess strong writing & verbal skills, and good computer skills.
Must possess high attention to detail, strong work ethic, be able to take initiative, and have excellent time management and follow-through skills.
Must be a team player and be able to direct TEAM OF LEGAL ASSISTANTS.
The position is open immediately and requires dedication and an ability to work under deadline situations in a small but very busy practice.
Hours flexible and may begin as part-time ASAP for 10 or 15 or 20 hours per week depending on his / her availability. Flexible hours per candidate’s choice .
This is In-house position only. Absolutely no telecommuting. Candidate will be compensated according to the experience
We prepare broad range of NIV and IV petitions such as H1B, L1A, L1B, E-1, E-2, O-1, P-1, K-1, K-3, TN, V, PERM labor Certification, I-140, Adjustment of Status etc.
The applicant should have 5 Five + years of experience in the above-mentioned petitions or employment-based immigration Note : Candidates with the experience in employment-based immigration apply only.
