Duties & Responsibilities : Independently manage all project-related technical documentation. Translate complex technical aspects into clear concise documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Author, proof, and quality control for project documentation, operational procedures, technical reports, research publications and presentations while meeting established schedules and deadlines.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in ServiceNow and IT service management to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our documentation.

Ensure compliance with requirements and maintain clear, concise documentation tailored for both current and future intended audiences.

Review and assess Solution Architecture documents to ensure all necessary components are included. Update previously submitted governance documents to include data from new projects and integrations.

Assist with completing ad hoc forms requested from customers and internal teams. Required Qualifications : US Citizenship Required or must be qualified to obtain public trust federal clearance.

3+ years of experience with writing, editing, preparing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documents, including documents related to software implementations and client communications.

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or related field. Experience working in the Federal Government sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in technical writing, showcasing documentation created for IT services.

Hands on experience with ServiceNow Platform or similar IT service Management platform to develop comprehensive technical documentation.

Excellent time management and organization skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.

Experience with using Microsoft Office 365. Ability to communicate with technical, non-technical, internal, and external stakeholders at all levels in verbal and written formats.
