Director of Medical Surgical RN - Kansas City, MO
Location : Kansas City, MO
Salary : $99K - $145K based on experience + Up to 15% annual bonus

Role and Responsibilities :
- Shift : Full-time nights, including rotating weekends.
- Oversee the Medical Surgical units, managing both financial and clinical operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support high-quality care and compliance.
- Lead a team, ensuring effective staff recruitment, retention, training, and development.
- Focus on strategic growth of the service line and maintaining operational excellence.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current RN license in MO or compact state; specialty certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of director-level experience in Medical Surgical units or 5+ years at a managerial level.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
