Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team and lead our efforts in the aerospace domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the aerospace domain
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the aerospace industry
  • Lead the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes and developments
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients
  • Manage and track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and build brand awareness

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the aerospace industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the aerospace industry and its key players
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
