Hotel Assistant Director of Finance Benefits and Qualifications :
- Base salary of around 100K.
- PTO / 401K with match / Medical, Dental & Vision plan
- 2+ years of experience in hotel accounting.
- Accounting, Business or Finance degree.
Assistant Director of Finance Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the daily accounting operations for a large resort complex and supporting the Director of Finance.
- Monitoring and Control of hotel accounting operations, cash flow, AP / AR, budget, forecasting, and reporting.
- Assist DOF to manage a large accounting team, A / R, A / P, Payroll, and Purchasing
- Analyze financial data and operations and advise Department Heads in maintaining the hotels’ financial objectives.
