Store Support Technician
What we’re looking for :
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
CompTIA A+ Certification
Experience with system installations and configurations
Prior involvement in managing IT infrastructure, and familiarity with basic networking and point-of-sale systems
Biennium of service in a customer-facing IT support or help desk role
Significant communication and interpersonal skills
Previous involvement in coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and executing tasks within project scopes is desirable

What you’ll do :
Provide efficient and effective IT support to ensure seamless technological operations
Engage proactively in constructive customer interactions, monitoring recurring issues
Leverage best practices and bring cutting-edge ideas to the table
Anticipate potential issues, propose solutions, and accomplish professional development goals annually
Coordinate with the team during showroom transitions to ensure seamless IT integration
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and partnerships
This role is hybrid and requires onsite prescence in our Fairfax, VA office. The schedule needs for this role are Monday - Friday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST.
