U.S.Based Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Analyst Fellowship(four-month program)

This four-month intensive fellowship program in the United States affords you the opportunity togain international business experience, leverage your skills / strengths, embrace the latest technology, and join a collaborative environment that unleashes innovation.

Program Highlights

The day to day Experience what professional life as an analyst is like while working on meaningful client facing projects.

The fun Build your professional network through on and off-site social and learning engagements.

The duration Fourmonths, full-time(cohort will begin in July of 2024).

The end game Uniquely position yourself for work opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including potential opportunity for a full-time offer from the Saudi Accenture office upon successful completion of the fellowship, subject to Accenture’s business needs.

Your participation in the U.S. fellowship program does not guarantee you future employment in Saudi Arabia or the U.S.)

The work location for the 4-month fellowship period includes working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to gain hands-on experienceand cultivate our client relationships.

You should expect that the fellowship will include and require in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.

Required Qualifications :

Authorized to work in the United States during fellowship period without Accenture sponsorship.

Authorized to work in Saudi Arabia after fellowship period (e.g., Saudi national or ability to secure work authorization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without Accenture sponsorship), if an offer for full-time employment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is extended upon successful completion of the U.S.-based fellowship.

Ability to relocate and join Accenture in Saudi Arabia within 3 months of successful completion of the fellowship program.

Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Completed or pursuing a U.S.bachelor’s or master’s degree in any major with a graduation date by June 2024.

Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.

Preferred Qualifications :

A track record of strong academic performance.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic, solid technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, leadership, attention to detail and experience working on a team.

Ability to adjust quickly and confidently when faced with change, engage withand enable team members to reach common goals, seek out answers, drive solutions, and get results, and follow through on what you say you’ll do, while also knowing when to ask for help.

Experience with programming languages (ex. Java, Python, Ruby, etc.), modern frameworks (ex. Angular.js, Node.js, etc.) and / or lifecycle data management, supply chain, finance, etc.

Exposure to programming-related projects in web design, game design and / or mobile application design.

Preferred majors : computer science, information technology, information security, finance, HR or procurement, data analytics, data science, business management, economics, marketing, user experience design, or statistics.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, development program, role, and skill set.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York State (including Albany County, NY and New York City), California, Colorado, or Washington as set forth below.
