We are seeking a Maximo Reports Analyst role for a long-term contract.

Maximo Support Analyst / Developer
Responsibilities :
Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) to provide reporting and business intelligence capabilities for Maximo.
Create comprehensive reports and analytics with internal BIRT for the Maximo tool.
Provide system administration assistance in the account creation process and modify user rights in the security module.
Provides technical support for end users :
troubleshooting on hardware and software
application support of Maximo systems
triage Maximo feature enhancements
responds to Maximo's service desk requests
Provides support utilizing DTS Maximo best practices and documented procedures.
Creates documented processes for creating and publishing reports to improve work order and asset management practices
Develops workflows, and documents, publishes, and provides communications to end users and internal work groups.
Setup start centers with result sets and bulletin boards per stakeholder business needs.
Technical Skills Required :
Familiarity with enterprise software : IBM Maximo Asset and Work Order Management
Maximo7.6.1.2 ?7.6.1.3 ? 8.0
Upgrade planned, will require BIRT report conversions
Familiarity with Maximo Oracle database table structure
Strong db2 / SQL and JavaScript skills
Experience with developing BIRT reports
Familiarity with Eclipse developer software
Experience in Application Designer, Workflow Designer, Cron, and Escalation setup.
Preferred :
Experience with software (ex. IBM Maximo, EzMaxMobile)
Experience in Maximo role in (minimum of 2-3 years experience)
Strong db2 / SQL and JavaScript skills
Experience with developing BIRT reports and utilizing Eclipse developer software
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticket tracking system (ex. GitHub, ZenHub)
Knowledgeable :
Experience with Maximo administration, or other similar work order management systems, including Start Center modification, user and group management, classification development, and value list development.
Experience in documenting business processes, user guides, and creating training.
Experience using reporting tools and building reports.
Experience using db2, Oracle, or other similar databases to build reports and write user-defined queries.
Experience creating KPIs to assist in progress measurements and track software usage over time.
Understand Maximo data warehouse integrations
Familiarity with MS PowerBI reporting and dashboard Soft skills :
