Yes Job Summary / Basic Function Reporting to the Associate Director of Academic & User Technologies, the Technology Support Technician is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while performing day to day technical support of the campus community.
Excellent communication skills are required. The person in this role will provide technical support for a wide variety of technology on and off campus from our help desk, the ITS Solution Center. Minimum Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Experience with Windows / Apple computers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience in customer service
- Experience with or ability to learn Microsoft Office
- Experience with Apple iOS and macOS
