What You Will Do :

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Strategy and Change Management consultant to join our project team in the Northern Virginia area.

As a Senior Strategy and Change Management Consultant, you are responsible for aligning strategy to mission, measuring progress, and improving on internal processes.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following :

• Implementing new processes by coordinating with stakeholders across organizations and leveraging their data to gain new insights on how mission is being performed.
• Working with Senior Executive clients and fellow teammates to develop and deliver strategy, mission transformation, and performance measurement.
• Collaborating closely with teammates and organization stakeholders to implement recommendations to affect strategic change.
• Coordinating with several mission offices across the organization.
• Aligning inputs to the organization's strategy.

What You Will Need :

• A CURRENT and ACTIVE Top Secret (TS) / SCI federal security clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree
• THREE (3)+ years' of experience
• Experience with and adept at building quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate with executive leadership

• Strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing strategy, aligning organizational initiatives to overarching strategy
• Experience developing strategic communications plans as well as accompanying strategic messaging
• Experience building implementation plans to support Organization strategy achievement
• Experience supporting an IT or Acquisition organization
• Ability to make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis
• Exhibits effective team / collaboration skills
