Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with Business Stewards Senior Leadership stakeholders to define Program requirements and manage Program implementation schedules.
• Partner with Business Stewards to identify improvement areas, business transformation opportunities and define Program objectives.
• Help Program Leadership team in executing large programs and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Actively contribute to the cultural shift providing proactive alignment to tactical and strategic goals for Enterprise Information Architecture group.
• Experience leading and supporting technology teams in the delivery of business outcomes.
• Strong presentation development skills including ability to distil many data points and processes into concise summaries with detailed illustrations and examples.
• Act as a liaison between Business and Technology teams and ensure key communication between stakeholders to achieve Business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum 10 years of Program Management, Project Management, Tech Leadership
• Associate's degree

Preferred Qualifications :

• Strong Presentation skills
• Business Architect experience
