Finance Business Partner (Charlotte, North Carolina)

About the role :

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Analyst) for the Finance division. The Finance Business Partner supports all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and analytical related functions.

Under general direction serves as an analyst for the company’s core / essential FP&A activities. Top candidates will have superb attention to detail and effective / strong communication skills with all levels of professionals.

We are looking for candidates to work hybrid, in our North Caroline office.

Essential Functions :

Create budgets and forecasts on a quarterly & annual basis for 30+ operating and administrative divisions

Create and distribute financial statements to relevant parties

Create and present PowerPoint presentations on financial results to relevant parties

Analyze monthly financials for possible accounting errors and areas of opportunities to increase revenue and decrease costs

Report financial results and supplemental financial information into ERP monthly

Assists the FP&A team with ad hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements (education, experience, skills) :

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

1-3 years of financial accounting experience

Offers great communication and a team player attitude

Strong skills in excel and PowerPoint
