Email/CRM Marketing Coordinator
What We Need :
The Email and CRM Marketing Coordinator will help elevate iHeartRadio’s digital presence and drive demand via digital campaigns.
The Email and CRM Marketing Coordinator will own end-to-end email / sms, push, IAM and additional campaign executions, including campaign building and set up, targeting and workflow set up, QA process and deployment.
The CRM Marketing Coordinator will maintain and cleanup iHeartRadio’s CRM platform as well as facilitate the data being entered / imported into CRM.
What You'll Do :
- Drive and accelerate business growth through digital marketing initiatives by working cross-functionally across departments.
- Develop regular output of content using target keywords to improve search rankings.
- Conduct ongoing testing and analysis on all campaigns, make informed decisions that optimize performance.
What You'll Need :
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-2+ years in the digital marketing or CRM space
- Braze, Adobe proficiency preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

Compensation :
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
