SCOPE : Junior Engineer (Albion) shall have less than 2 years of experience on smaller projects valued above $1 million, with basic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, payment review and preparation, and proficient in computer skills utilizing Windows / Outlook / Word / Excel / Project and scheduling applications.
REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. This is an entry level position;
any previous construction experience would be a bonus. Prior Internship in the Construction Management field would be preferred.
Must have a driver's license valid in New York State and reliable means of transportation. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills .
Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate with all management levels. Must have exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
OSHA 30. PAY RATE : $20.00 -$28.00 / Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.
