The Talent Acquisition Recruiter opportunity is for a client located in the western suburbs of Chicago. This is a Direct Hire opportunity and requires someone to work on-site M-F.
Recruiter : Connie Stathopoulos
The Recruiter will report to The Human Resources Director and will be the only Talent Recruiter for the organization. The individual will support all functions for full cycle recruiting including salaried and hourly employees.
This individual will be responsible for performance management, succession planning, cross training, employee development, succession planning and career planning efforts.
Responsible for posting positions, reviewing candidate resumes, and scheduling interviews. Works closely with management to help identify the best talent.
Attends and conducts career fairs and other recruiting events.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
