Great schedule of Monday-Friday, Hours between 7am to 5pm and casual Fridays. Convenient location near the loop 101 and Scottsdale Road.
Experience Required :
- Filing paper documents by alphabet
- Scanning documents into electronic filing system. Must be comfortable with computers.
- Data entry into excel
- customer service focused personality with some front desk reception duties
- Attention to detail
This role is hiring immediately, and in person interview will be schedule this week and next. Background and pre-employment drug testing required.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in document scanning, opening mail, logging items in Excel, customer service (reception), Outlook experience, computer experience, able to lift some heavy items occasionally, filing skills (know the alphabet).
