Job Description
- Develops strategy and associated digital communications content, including messages, intranet articles, talking points, presentations, digital signage and other materials targeted to individual contributors and customer-facing employees
- Partners with subject matter experts on various business critical strategies to develop communications content, including messages, talking points, presentations, and other materials targeted to people managers
- Supports strategy and key Intranet project workstream(s) to inspire ease of use and employee experience
- Creates and maintains feedback channels and tools to drive dialogue with our global employee population, people managers, and customer-facing employees.
Analyzes their output to direct future communications decisions
- Manages digital communication maintenance
- Helps drive SEE’s culture of learning by developing and delivering communications training and aids to build digital communications capability for people managers, customer facing employees and individual contributors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in journalism, public relations, communications, English, marketing or similar area of study.
- 5+ years of experience in employee communications and / or digital communication channel management within a manufacturing company
- Deep knowledge of employee and leadership communications strategies, developing and leading execution of effective communication plans and programs that drive measurable performance and engagement improvements
- Ability to build capabilities within others to support an organization where learning and applying digital communications tactics is embraced
- Demonstrated writing ability and creative application skills to distill complex concepts and inspire employees
- Experience with building and using channels to engage people managers
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Curious and flexible and able to adapt to change with eagerness and resilience
