The ideal candidate has a proven record of selling commercial landscape maintenance contracts and understands the operational, horticultural, and client service aspects that drive long-term success in this industry.

This is a high-impact, field-based role responsible for expanding Texas EcoGrow's footprint across Central Texas through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and exceptional client service. The successful candidate will represent Texas EcoGrow's brand, values, and reputation for quality in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new commercial landscape maintenance opportunities, including HOAs, office parks, multifamily, and retail properties.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong, trust-based partnerships with property owners, managers, and developers, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Development: Represent Texas EcoGrow at industry associations, trade events, and community organizations to expand visibility and generate leads.
  • Proposal Management: Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop, present, and negotiate customized maintenance proposals that meet client needs.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, sales forecasts, and activity updates in CRM; regularly report performance to leadership.
  • Operational Alignment: Partner closely with operations to ensure client expectations are met and that transitions from sales to service are seamless.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of direct sales experience in the commercial landscaping industry (maintenance services required; enhancements and irrigation sales a plus).
  • Deep understanding of landscape maintenance operations, including estimating, service scopes, and seasonal maintenance needs.
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets within a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven with excellent follow-up discipline.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field and managing time effectively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Based in the Greater Austin or San Antonio area; willing to travel throughout Central Texas.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.
  • Company vehicle.
  • Health insurance effective day one.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding Texas-based company.
  • A supportive, collaborative team culture built around accountability, trust, and performance.

Company Overview

Texas EcoGrow is a leading landscape services provider specializing in maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and tree care. We serve HOAs, commercial properties, and communities across Central Texas. Our success is built on proactive service, strong relationships, and living our values every day.
