Key Responsibilities Perform daily audits on provider appeals for completeness and accuracy based on coding guidelines Utilize client-specific coding guidelines and stay current on relevant coding standards Communicate findings and suggestions to the Team Lead to support efficient department operations Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Nationally certified medical coder (CPC, CCS, etc.) required 1-2 years of medical coding experience, specifically in CPC coding Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
