About the Team

The eCommerce Acceleration team serves as the command center for Walmart's digital business. We work cross-functionally with FP&A, fulfillment, marketplace, and strategy teams to unlock growth and optimize every step of the customer journey. By providing actionable insights and building scalable analytics capabilities, our team empowers leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions that move the business forward.

What You'll Do

• Develop sophisticated, driver-based financial models and robust business cases to support and scale high-visibility eCommerce growth initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, quantify, test, and accelerate eCommerce projects that impact millions of customersacross pickup, delivery, shopping experience, and supply chain.
• Help with presentations and white papers, simplifying complex concepts into digestible narratives for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing decision support, performance metrics, and profitability analyses to eCommerce leaders as they evaluate and optimize the future state of digital business.
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsmanaging multiple projects, finding "white space" opportunities, and leveraging data to inform strategic recommendations.
• Lead regular business reviews, updating leadership on financial progress, project milestones, and actionable insights.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, Supervisory Masters : Business Administration
