Job Details
FULLY ONSITE ROLE IN CHARLOTTE, NC
This person will assist with demand generation marketing efforts and helping to develop, implement and optimize content across social and digital channels.
This person must be able to work independently to build and execute marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels for a targeted clientele.
Duties : Design, write and build social media and website content to grow social channel followers and increase content engagement rates.
Write press release drafts, partnership announcements and engage with media outletsGather insights on and conduct ongoing research around target audiencesOrganize and help execute direct mail marketing efforts.
Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) effectively for marketing automation.Conduct monthly performance reviews of plan execution, comparing budget vs.
forecast, and providing recommendations for adjustments
Requirements : Five (5) years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, social media, or related field required.Banking or Healthcare marketing experience preferredExperience independently managing, running, and writing for social media channels.
Proficient in email template creation and using website CMSs (WordPress, etc.). Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, etc.
Experience in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel.Event marketing and direct mail experience preferredBachelors Degree
