Position Title : Account Manager
Position Summary :
The Account Manager (AM) will be responsible for daily requisition management and facilitating contingent labor fills for Staff Augmentation and Statement of Work for the client using the client's Vendor Management System (VMS) and acting as the Managed Service Provider (MSP). The AM will build strong, strategic partnerships with the client and will represent Monument Consulting to better understand and deliver on Hiring Manager (HM) needs, ensuring the solutions provided are in the best interest of the business and our clients. The AM will be consultative to the client hiring manager and vendors to solve unique scenarios in the staffing of contingent labor. One of the goals will be to provide the vendors with relevant data and insights to optimize both the customer and Supplier experiences, creating a best in class MSP program. 10-15% travel.
