What you'll do as Account Supervisor :

  • Cultivate Client Confidence : Ensure client relationships are not just maintained but flourished, swiftly tackling any challenges and keeping senior management in the loop.
  • Bridge Communication Gaps : Act as the crucial link between clients and senior agency leadership, guaranteeing clients have full access to the support and resources they need.
  • Nurture Lasting Partnerships : Build enduring client connections anchored in trust, open communication, and reciprocal respect.
  • Lead with Insight : Regularly convene with account managers to discuss their progress and performance, providing them with the mentorship needed for their professional growth.
  • Elevate Team Performance : Conduct thorough quarterly reviews of account manager performance in collaboration with the Director of Account Service, ensuring constructive feedback and actionable guidance.
  • Champion Professional Development : Guide account managers on their career paths and skills enhancement, promoting an ethos of perpetual learning and betterment.
  • Strategize for Success : Critically assess and refine client strategies to ensure they're in lockstep with both client goals and our agency's strengths.
  • Oversee Creative Excellence : Scrutinize campaign concepts against strategic marketing benchmarks, offering pivotal feedback and steering.
  • Optimize Resource Allocation : Make certain client projects are matched with the right talent and resources, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Safeguard Financial Health : Keep a vigilant eye on accounts receivable and client creditworthiness, upholding our standards for financial stewardship.
  • Spot and Seize Opportunities : Be proactive in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for expansion within existing client portfolios, driving both their success and ours.
  • Facilitate Contractual Agreements : Lend your expertise to the negotiation of agency-client contracts and provide indispensable support during both internal and external meetings.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in advertising agency roles, with a successful track record in account management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and dynamic presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite.
