Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager Lead within the Corporate Transformation Office. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of various initiatives aimed at driving organizational change and growth.

Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the progress of initiatives across the four pillars of the organization's transformation strategy.

Your focus will be on ensuring that projects are executed with speed and excellence, contributing to the successful achievement of our transformation objectives.

You will lead cross-functional projects, help define objectives, create plans to achieve objectives, track progress against objectives and budgets, and work in close partnership with Pillar Leads and other teams in the Transformation Office.

As the Lead Project Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include :

Initiative Support : Provide comprehensive support to the execution of initiatives within the Corporate Transformation Office, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Work with cross-functional teams to lead transformation initiatives to enable the 4 Pillars to meet scope, budget and timeline of the effort.

Project Management : Utilize established project management methodologies to drive the successful completion of initiatives, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop detailed project plans / methods to monitor and track progress by establishing and maintaining standardized processes, procedures, tools, and reporting functions related to projects worked on within the Transformation Office.

Facilitate the definition of project goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects.

Progress Tracking and Risk Management : Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the progress of a variety of initiatives with significant scope and impact supporting several business areas.

Identify potential risks or roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.Define project measures of success, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.

  • Quality Assurance : Maintain a strong focus on delivering projects with excellence, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, facilitating collaboration and alignment to drive collective success.

Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes while successfully managing the relationship with all stakeholders

  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimization within the Corporate Transformation Office, driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Representation : Act as a representative of initiatives conducted by the four pillars to the Transformation Office, effectively communicating updates, achievements, and challenges to key stakeholders.

Analyze work plans and schedules, develop program progress and status reports, and manage pipeline prioritization based on business value.

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and / or cross team projects Proven experience in project management, preferably within a corporate transformation or change management context
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to anticipate and address challenges in a dynamic environment
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus. Familiarity with project tracking tools, preferably Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
