Summary :
Mega Thrift is seeking for an accountable Assistant Store Manager to assist our Store Manager accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assisting the Store Manager in all departments including warehouse, Sales Floor, Fitting Rooms, and Cashier Staff.
- Opening and / or closing store.
- Managing fitting rooms.
- Hanging / placing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Store promotions.
Requirements :
Supervisory Responsibilities : Cashier and Production staff
Physical Demands : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6-8 hours per shift. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
