Position Description
The Accounting Department is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Billing Specialist to join the team. This position requires intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong time management, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. This is a hybrid office opportunity, requiring some days in the office at the St Louis Office.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Billing Manager.
- Issuing invoices, as well as entering consultant, subcontractor, vendor, and supplier bills.
- Preparing pre-billing reports for project managers to review.
- Monitoring receivable income and supporting project managers with collections.
- Ensuring a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner.
- Updating the ERP system with contract information and reporting associated budget amendments.
- Providing project managers and clients with timely financial reports and budgets.
