Primary Job Responsibilities
- Complete new patient insurance verifications and submit insurance benefit breakdowns to the insurance department
- Answer incoming emails and forward to appropriate departments to which it pertains
- Communicate with the front desk and office team members of incoming patient calls by placing them in the queue for the appropriate department to handle
- Serves as the "face" of the company, offering friendly service to those calling in on the phone
- Confirms all future appointments
- Assist patients with scheduling questions
- Complete tasks as assigned by the call center supervisor and / or the office manager
- Follow-up on unscheduled recare / treatment appointments
