Job descriptionProperty Inspection experience is a plus General construction knowledge Availability-daytime hours Monday-Friday for Inspections and training Must pass Background Check Smart Phone required Dependable vehicle needed Route, perform and complete report per inspection in your assigned territory. Time service deadline, 15-20 days. Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings and any hazards / deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings. Input information into our proprietary system. Fees paid per inspection WEEKLY as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Fee range from $10.00-$20.00 exterior and $40-$90 interior, per inspection. Inspector is responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses and taxes.
