Job Title : Community Relations Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location : Houston, TX 77046 (Greenway Plaza)

Pay Rate : $27-$28 / hr

Schedule : Part-Time - Flexible hours, core availability 12 PM to 6 PM , Monday through Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Community Relations & Employee Engagement team. This part-time role supports employee ticket distribution and engagement initiatives, serving as a key point of contact for employees and internal partners. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a customer-facing environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure ticket requests are handled professionally, accurately, and on time while providing exceptional customer service. Although basic tracking and reporting are required, the main priority is delivering a positive and responsive experience for employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding ticket availability, requests, and usage guidelines
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and in-person interactions
• Distribute and track tickets for events such as the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Houston Astros games
• Maintain accurate ticket logs and tracking spreadsheets using Excel
• Assist with basic reporting related to ticket usage, employee participation, and inventory levels
• Identify and communicate recurring questions or process gaps to support continuous improvement
