Heyhae is looking for an experienced Organic Marketing Specialist to lead and grow our organic marketing efforts across social media, influencer & affiliate marketing, PR, community, and e-commerce.

We’re looking for someone with 5-8+ years of relevant experience who understands how to build brand awareness, grow an engaged community, and turn social and cultural trends into measurable business growth.

This person should be both creative and data-driven, with the ability to lead a team while staying hands-on with strategy and execution.

Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or DTC consumer brands is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities Organic & Social Media Lead organic marketing strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, with goals tied to brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and revenue.

Own the content calendar and develop platform-specific strategies based on trends, audience behavior, algorithms, and performance data.

Test content formats, creative concepts, messaging, and posting strategies to continuously improve reach, engagement, traffic, and conversion.

Influencer, Affiliate & Social Commerce Lead influencer, creator, ambassador, gifting, and affiliate programs from strategy through execution.

Manage creator sourcing, outreach, partnerships, product seeding, and affiliate relationships, including TikTok Shop creator programs.

Track creator and affiliate performance across engagement, traffic, conversion, revenue, CAC, and ROI to identify high-performing partnerships and growth opportunities.

PR & Brand Growth Identify PR, earned media, brand partnership, and collaboration opportunities that increase heyhae’s visibility and credibility.

Build relationships with media, creators, agencies, and brand partners and support product launches, events, gifting, and press initiatives.

Analytics & Performance Define and track KPIs across social, influencer, affiliate, PR, and social commerce channels.

Use Shopify, GA4, social analytics, and affiliate platforms to analyze traffic, engagement, conversion, revenue, CAC, ROI, and customer behavior.

Build regular performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations for content, creators, campaigns, and channel strategy.

Partner with paid media and e-commerce teams to better understand attribution and the full customer journey from discovery to purchase.

Team Leadership Lead and mentor the organic marketing team, establishing clear goals, priorities, KPIs, timelines, and accountability.

Collaborate closely with creative, e-commerce, paid marketing, product, and operations teams to align campaigns and product launches.

Improve workflows and processes while remaining hands-on and supporting execution when needed.

Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in organic/social media, influencer & affiliate marketing, PR, or brand marketing; previous team leadership experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, creator marketing, affiliate programs, and social-first brand building.

Hands-on experience managing influencers, gifting/seeding, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships; TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus.

Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing data to evaluate content, creators, campaigns, and business performance.

Understanding of key metrics including engagement, traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROI/ROAS, affiliate revenue, and customer retention.

Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Experience in beauty, nails, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, or DTC/e-commerce brands strongly preferred.
